For wedding receptions, we offer several set-up styles: Sit Down, Cocktail (stations along with passing appetizers), or Buffet Style. Consider us an extended member of your family as we guide you through all of the decisions that need to be made. At Miranda's Catering, we are dedicated to making your wedding day what you always dreamed it would be.

  Buffet Style or Seated Dinner I

  • Beef Empanadas
  • Mini Quiches (Florentine or three cheese)
  • Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display

  Menu
  • Classic Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, crispy croutons, parmesan cheese, served with Caesar dressing.
  • Small Redskin Potatoes with fresh dill, parsley, garlic in butter sauce
  • Marinara Cheese Ravioli
  • Chicken Piccata sautéed with mushrooms and capers in lemon-wine sauce

    mushrooms, cucumbers, onions, and olives with your choice of dressing

  • Penne Pasta with Pesto or Marinara Sauce
  • Chicken Marsala sautéed with mushrooms and chives in Marsala Wine sauce

  Buffet Style or Seated Dinner III

  • Imported Cheeses with Baked Brie and crackers
  • Spiced Shrimp, server over ice with cocktail sauce

  • Spinach Salad - Fresh spinach with Feta cheese, real bacon bits, sliced eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes,     onions, and black olives
  • OR Parisian Salad - Lettuce, cucumber, carrot, red onion, red cabbage and red tomatoes
  • Green Beans Almondine
  • Cheese Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce or Marinara Sauce
  • Chicken Piccata sautéed with mushrooms and capers in lemon-wine sauce
